The therapist will apply different creative art modalities, including visual art, music, dance & movement, drama, and expressive writing, and play elements to facilitate participants expressing their emotions and thoughts, enhancing their self-awareness and self-understanding, and eventually, aim at promoting personal growth and self-healing.
